Inspectra AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Inspectra AI mobile and web application. By using our service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name and email address provided at registration.
• Inspection data: Photos, voice notes, site addresses, client names, checklist responses, and other inspection content you create.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device/browser information collected automatically.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Inspectra AI service.
• To process AI analysis of your inspection photos and generate reports.
• To send transactional emails (reports, invoices, account notices).
• To improve the application and diagnose technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party AI Providers

When you run AI analysis, transcription, or report generation, the following data is transmitted through Base44 AI integrations to third-party model providers, including Anthropic Claude for photo/report analysis and OpenAI/Whisper-compatible speech transcription where configured, solely to generate your inspection findings and report:

• Inspection photos
• Voice notes, audio files, and transcriptions
• Inspection metadata, including inspection type, client name, site address, inspector notes, checklist content, and report context

This data is used exclusively to provide app functionality, generate inspection findings, transcribe voice notes, and create professional reports. It is not used to train AI models. You must explicitly consent in-app before AI processing begins. If you decline, non-AI inspection features remain available. You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AI providers (Base44 AI integrations and third-party model providers, including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI/Whisper-compatible transcription where configured) — for AI analysis, transcription, and report generation as described above.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Infrastructure providers — for hosting and storage (data is encrypted in transit and at rest).
• Law enforcement — only when required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the "Delete Account" option in Settings.

7. Your Rights
